■ Return Policy

1) About returns due to defects / defects or product mistakes
Please contact us by email or a contact form within 7 days after the item arrives. We will replace it with a new one.
In the unlikely event that a replacement product cannot be prepared, we will respond with a refund.
If the product has been used even once, the product, tags, etc. will not be returned if it is damaged, soiled, or lost.

Also, orders with cheaper shipping fee option will be shipped as simple letter without tracking and registeration and are in paper envelope. In this case, they are sent on customer's own risk, in that case lost and damaged orders are not being compensated.

2) About returns due to customer's convenience
Please note that in principle, we cannot accept returns due to customer's convenience such as wrong image of the product, wrong size or wrong order.

3)European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
